There are only three data that affect sponge performance: density, surface hardness and resilience.

Relationship between spongy property

1. Due to the influence of gravity, the density gradient of horizontal foam foam can reach 2kg/m3, and the difference between soft and high density is more.

2. High  density - good elasticity (same hardness)

3. Low hardness -- elastic difference (the same density)

4. The density is high - the harder (the same elasticity)

Factors affecting the property of spongy

1. Types of raw materials (molecular weight distribution, EOPO content, etc.)

2. Temperature of raw material

3. The accuracy of the measurement system.

4. The temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure of the environment.
